• Ordering, coordinating and returning of  rental items
• Assistance with favor assembly and décor
• Assistance in choosing and coordinating transportation for you and your guests
• Setting up accommodations for out of town guests
• “Day of event” coordination:
• Creation of a comprehensive event day schedule that will be sent out two weeks prior to event date.
• Assistance with set up and breakdown of décor
• Managing and coordinating vendors throughout the day
• Handling any issues that may arise and making sure the day flows smoothly
• Delivery of final payments to vendors
