Does the photographer get a tip? What about the band? Which is best- seating chart or open seating? What should be included in our ceremony program? Questions like these are the ones that couples planning their wedding find themselves asking and not always getting the right answers. This package will fit the bride that wants to experience planning her own wedding but just needs some guidance and help throughout the process. Also included is Day Of assistance, so you won’t have to worry about all the details on your actual wedding day.

This Package Includes:

• An initial meeting to establish the general style and direction that you want for your wedding; including vendor and ceremony/reception site recommendations, budget structuring and timeline assistance.
• Second meeting where you receive a personalized budget, timeline and customized vendor recommendations based on first meeting.
• Unlimited consultations over phone and email
• Meeting each month to go over progress made, answer any questions you have and discuss the course of action for the next month to keep things on track.
• Special Touch Events will also attend your final vendor meetings in the last few weeks before your wedding to help go over details and ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Everything listed in the “Day Of Package”:
• Meeting with the bride and groom prior to wedding date to discuss wedding day details and visit ceremony and reception sites to go over décor setup.
• Creation of a comprehensive wedding day schedule for bride and groom, family, wedding party and vendors. Schedules will be sent out to these individuals two weeks prior to wedding date.
• Making vendor confirmation calls week of wedding to confirm details, arrival times, setup, etc.
• Assistance with set up and breakdown of decor                                        
• Full assistance at rehearsal, ceremony and reception
• Having both Todd and myself there to assist with the rehearsal, ceremony and reception
• Will provide access to a full emergency kit
• Managing and coordinating vendors throughout the day, including assisting photographer to ensure all photos on list are taken
• Assisting with pinning boutonnieres & handing out bouquets
• Being available to ushers if assistance is needed in seating guests at ceremony
• Directing walking down the aisle, grand entrance into the reception, toasts, etc.
• Transporting of items from ceremony to reception- guest book, flowers, etc.
• Working with reception site to ensure all aspects are covered prior to guests arriving
• Handling any issues that may arise and making sure the day flows smoothly
• Delivery of final payments to vendors
