Whether you don’t live in the area or you just want every detail of your wedding to be taken care for you, with this package Special Touch Events will manage all aspects of the planning process that you want handled.  

This Package Includes:

  • Unlimited consultations over phone, email and in person
  • Assistance with establishing a style for your wedding and finding a ceremony and reception site
  • Access to our vendor collection so we can help you pick vendors that fit your style and budget
  • Creation of a budget and detailed wedding planning timeline 229
  • Assistance with invitation and stationary design
  • Guest list coordination, sending out invitations and tracking of responses
  • Setting up and attending vendor meetings with you
  • Setting up accommodations for out of town guests
  • Ordering, coordinating and returning of  rental items
  • Assistance with favor and welcome basket assembly
  • Assistance in choosing and coordinating transportation for you and your wedding party
  • Everything listed in the “Day Of Package”:
  • Meeting with the bride and groom prior to wedding date to discuss wedding day details and visit ceremony and reception sites to go over décor setup.
  • Creation of a comprehensive wedding day schedule for bride and groom, family, wedding party and vendors. Schedules will be sent out to these individuals two weeks prior to wedding date.
  • Making vendor confirmation calls week of wedding to confirm details, arrival times, setup, etc.
  • Assistance with set up and breakdown of decor
  • Full assistance at rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  • Having both Todd and myself there to assist with the rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  • Will provide access to a full emergency kit
  • Assisting with pinning boutonnieres and handing out bouquets
  • Being available to ushers if assistance is needed seating guests at ceremony
  • Directing walking down the aisle, grand entrance into the reception, toasts, etc.
  • Transporting of items from ceremony to reception- guest book, flowers, etc.
  • Working with reception site to ensure all aspects are covered prior to guests arriving
  • Handling any issues that may arise and making sure the day flows smoothly
  • Delivery of final payments to vendors
  • Managing and coordinating vendors throughout the day, including assisting photographer to ensure all photos on list are taken
